Dear Friends,

I want to thank you for the support and love you have shown to my music during 2013! I am so grateful! The concert at the 42nd jazz festival was a success thanks to you. I was not expecting a lot of people since it was a Monday night and I was so pleasantly surprised.

It’s a new year!! I hope it will be filled with joy, good times, love and music for all of us!!!!

The other performance I’m excited about is happening the evening before, on Jan. 23rd at the 55 bar in NYC at 10pm: It’s an all-star Latin jazz band called Grupo 55. It will be happening once a month at the bar. We’ll be playing some Duke Ellington music in a Latin style and some Latin standards. Drums, percussion, trumpet, trombone, piano, bass and singing.

It will be a powerful thing. Come check it out if you are around!
